Okay, so I’ve been trying to get more flax into my diet for the usual reasons (fiber, healthy fats), and I just finished my first bag of the myuncleharvest Flax Seed Powder. Seriously, this stuff is great.

I’ve used a few other brands that always felt kind of sandy and gritty, especially in my morning shake, but the grind on this one is ultra-fine—I mean, zero grit. It vanishes instantly in smoothies and yogurt, which is fantastic because I hate finding clumps or residue at the bottom of my glass.

Taste-wise, it's very mild. It’s nutty, of course, but it doesn't take over your food. Big plus.
